Unsaturated Polyester Resins

Liquid based unsaturated polyester resin is used as suitable raw material for the formulation of wood paints, gel based coating for automotive components and boats, self extinguishable composite material and so on.  This liquid polymer can maintain its solid shape into the mold post its curing. As part of its curing process, this resin is cross linked with styrene by using organic peroxides. Its unsaturated form is strengthened by combining with glass fiber to avoid breakage of any object made of it. As part of advanced processing method, offered unsaturated polyester resin is cold cross linked by using hardener. Its thixotropic attribute and low linear shrinkage are some of its key features.
